Baking Instructions for Wholly Wholesome 70% Organic Cookies
Keep frozen until ready to bake
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Keep cookies frozen until ready to bake.
Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet at least 3” apart. For best results use parchment paper or a non-stick baking sheet.
Place on center rack in oven and bake for 14 to 18 minutes. Cookies will be puffed up and look mostly dry in the middle. (Note: Ovens may vary, adjust time and temperature as necessary.)
Using oven mitts, remove baking sheet from oven and let cool for at least 5 minutes, cookies will sink down and continue to firm up.

Once cooled, remove cookies with a spatula. Eat & Enjoy!

Baking instructions for convection ovens:
Pan up cookies 12 to a sheet pan on parchment paper. Let thaw 25-40 minutes, dough should be cold but not frozen (40°-50° optimal). Or thaw in fridge overnight. Bake for the suggested time/temperature according to the baking chart below, or until cookies are golden brown around the edges.
Baking instructions for conventional ovens:
Pan up cookies 12 to a sheet pan on parchment paper. Bake while dough is still frozen for the suggested time/temperature according to the baking chart below, or until cookies are set and look dry in the middle.
Cookies will puff up in the oven and sink upon cooling. Cookies will brown more in convection oven.
