Baking Instructions for Wholly Wholesome™ Pumpkin Pies

The first set of instructions is for our traditional pumpkin pies. For our Dairy-Free Pumpkin Pie, use the second set of instructions.Wholly Wholesome™ Bake at Home Pumpkin & Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie

For Traditional Pumpkin Pie:

Keep frozen until ready to bake.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Place pie on aluminum foil covered cookie sheet.

  3. Place pie on center rack in oven.

  4. Bake at 375° for 50 - 60 minutes, or until filling is set. A knife inserted in the center will come out clean. (Note: Ovens may vary, adjust time and temperature as necessary.)

  5. Using oven mitts, carefully remove baked pie from the oven on the cookie sheet. Be careful not to handle the pie by the edge of the pie tin.

Pie may be served warm after 30 minutes or cool after 2 hours. If serving warm please use caution as filling may be hot.

Refrigerate unused portions.

Baking Instructions for Wholly Wholesome Dairy-Free Pumpkin Pies

Keep frozen until ready to bake.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Place pie on aluminum foil covered cookie sheet.

  3. Place pie on center rack in oven.

  4. Bake at 350° for 55 - 65 minutes, or until crust starts to brown and filling appears set. (Note: Ovens may vary, adjust time and temperature as necessary.)

  5. Using oven mitts, carefully remove baked pie from the oven on the cookie sheet. Be careful not to handle the pie by the edge of the pie tin.

  6. Let pie cool at least 1 hour. Best if served chilled.

Refrigerate unused portions.

Bake & Sell Pumpkin Pie

  1. Oven temperature: Conventional 375°F, Convection 325°F

  2. Pan up frozen pies 6 to a parchment lined sheet pan.

  3. Do not thaw, bake for 50-60 minutes. Pie filling should be set.

  4. Cool completely before packaging.

Thaw & Sell Pumpkin Pie

Remove pies from freezer and remove from case. Thaw in refrigerator for 6 hours. Keep Refrigerated.

Thaw & Sell Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie

Remove pies from freezer and remove from case. Thaw at room temperature for 2 hours or in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Keep Refrigerated.
