Rewco, Inc. seeks a person who resides in central New Jersey for a full-time position as a Training and Merchandising Associate for its Wellness & Lifestyles Group. We need an associate to service stores throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. This is a fun job with a great company. Rewco provides educational and support services to stores located in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and Massachusetts. Extensive travel within the territory and some out-of-state travel is required.

Responsibilities

Provide educational training to store associates
Participate in new store setups and grand openings
Coordinate and assist with store level consumer education events.
Provide merchandising support to store associates
Provide general training and support to store associates when needed
Attend brand/product trainings
Provide detailed reports/feedback to our customer's corporate office from store level
Troubleshoot product, department and distributor issues at store level

Requirements

Knowledge of natural/organic food industry, brands & product
Must be a New Jersey resident
Valid driver's license, in-force car insurance and clean driving record
Presentation and training skills
Retail merchandising and/or store management experience preferred
Overnight travel
Some weekends required
Basic Microsoft office skills
Bachelor degree preferred
Self-motivation and strong work ethic

$30,000 annual salary
